Entomophagy (Edible Insect) Lab
As part of the Phylum Arthropoda Unit, students selected insect dishes to prepare, create, and sample. Students made Cockroach Stir Fry, Mealworm Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Covered Crickets, Mealworm Fried Rice, Chocolate Chirpie Chip Cookies, Insect Crunch, Sauteed Insects, Chitin Patties, Dry Roasted Insect, and Cricket Brownies.
